Our People

EOIN BLAKE – MANAGING DIRECTOR

Eoin has both a Domestic and International focus, working with Professional and Financial Service firms in Dublin & London. His client experience ranges from working with Large Corporate or Blue Chip companies to boutique specialist players in their chosen market.

 Specialising in functional C-suite and Director level assignments, Eoin leverages his 17+ years of executive search experience to provide clients with a tailored solution to their most pressing talent challenges.

 Eoin holds a BBS in Business & Economics from Trinity College Dublin.

RICHARD GOGGIN – DIRECTOR

Richard holds a BSc in Finance from University College Cork and is a member of International Society of Transport Aircraft trading (ISTAT).

Richard partners with clients to help recruit and develop executive and management talent with a focus on Domestic and international roles in Aircraft Leasing and Financial Services.

He has a successful track record leading search mandates across Aircraft Leasing, Investment Management and Insurance - conducting searches for functional leaders such as Chief Financial Officers, Heads of Lease Management and SVPs / VPs in Marketing, Pricing, Contracts Management and FP&A.

Prior to joining Le Meas, Richard led the Aircraft leasing and FS Accounting Division of a leading Irish Recruitment business.

LOUISE O’LEARY - Director

Lousie holds a BA (hons) in International Marketing and languages from DCU and is a Big Four trained Chartered Accountant

Louise joined Le Meas to focus on the strategic growth of the Accounting and Finance offering across Industry sectors. She has a successful track record in placing qualified accountants at all levels across a range of sectors within industry and commerce. 

Partnering with PLCs, large indigenous businesses and SMEs, Louise provides a consultative and experienced approach, helping her clients hire finance talent to meet their requirements.

Prior to joining Le Meas, Louise led the Accounting and Finance teams of two leading Irish recruitment firms.

Paul Clayton-Lea – Associate Director

Paul joined Le Meas to focus on the strategic growth of the Financial Services Accounting & Aircraft Leasing division. He has a successful track record in placing qualified accountants at all levels within Financial & Corporate Services, and the Aircraft Leasing industry. 

Partnering with global Aircraft Lessors and leading Corporate Services Firms, Paul’s approach is a consultative and relationship driven one which results in him finding the best talent for his clients mandates.  

Prior to joining Le Meas, Paul led the financial services division in one of Ireland’s larger recruitment companies.

Emma-Kate Coyle – Principal Consultant

Emma has a background in Talent Acquisition within a Big 4 environment where she was responsible for sourcing top tier talent within the Analytics and Technology consulting division both domestically and internationally. She joins Le Meas to cover all things Analytics, from Data and Technology right the way through to Decision Science and Visual Analytics.

Emma has an appreciation of internal hiring governance and enjoys partnering with in house teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
